Stephen Lake

One of the areas Stephen specialises in is Membership Management / Customer Relationship Management. He has been a StreamDesk user since 2014. He first became involved in Membership Management in 1974 managing the records of the youth section of a political party.

In the late 80's Stephen became the New Zealand distributor for Act! which was the leading CRM package of the day. He trained over 4,000 users.

In 2014 Stephen took over management of PAMS looking after 30+ professional associations with a membership base over 30,000. He managed 20+ staff looking after the everyday needs of these organisations: membership management, events, annual conferences, book keeping and Board support,

Stephen first joined Rotary in 1991 in New Zealand. His first job was to run the District Conference. In 1999 he transferred back to Australia for work and subsequently joined the Rotary Club of Melbourne. He has worked with Clubmate, RI-CAS and StreamDesk in his Rotary Clubs.
